Refund Policy
Customers are eligible for a complete refund if they do not get the product, they ordered within 28 days from the date of placing order, unless customers are being informed earlier when any unexpected delays occurred.
If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will investigate and refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges within 1 week from the date of notice, if paid online.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your mail, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange & Return policy
Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner.
Please note that NO RETURNS and NO EXCHANGE in case of size issue and minor color variations due to camera and light, and customer do not like the product after receiving hence we mentioned all details of products in description.
However, in case you receive a product from courier that is damaged or defective, you must inform us immediately to investigate it with delivery partner. Do not open such severely damaged parcel,
For which we need a full parcel opening video as a proof that the customer opens very first-time product is damaged and showing the defect in that video itself without cut and pause. (This is because our quality team check all products before dispatching)
