Shipping policy
General Shipping Policy.
We always give importance to the customer satisfaction for every purchase with Emaar Fashion.
Each of your product is directly imported from India. There for we can deliver within 1 to 3 working days from the day we receive it in Sri Lanka.
There might be some factors that customers have to understand is, it takes minimum 7 days to maximum 14 days to receive your ordered products from INDIA to SRI LANKA (your door). Hence, there might be some customs issues and flight delays. There for, we kindly request all our valued customers to cooperate us with patience if any delays occurred. We always do our best to deliver your orders quickly on time.
Customers have 3 hours from the moment of payment to request to cancel their order if they change their minds after placing it.
While the order is being shipped, customers are unable to request a cancellation and refund.
Customers are eligible for a complete refund if, within 28 days after making their order, they do not get the product they ordered.
- At Emaar Fashion we ensure timely delivery of product to the customer & we use services of reputed courier partners like Koombio Express, Pronto Lanka and SL post.
- Your orders will reach you in 10-14 working days within Sri Lanka.
- Delivery of product will be attempted on business days only (Saturday, Sunday & national holidays excluded)

For International Shipping.
International shipping is available to selected countries. Please check the shipping options at checkout for details. (EMS & ARAMEX)
International orders will be delivered within 21 working Days
Customers will be charged 6500 LKR as minimum flat fee within 500 grams of weight they order during the Checkout.
If the ordered items exceeds more than 500 grams, we will check the total weights of the items and will contact you via Email or WhatsApp to recover the remaining shipping fee to be charged. You can pay by Card via our payment link send you manually in case if your ordered items exceeds 500 grams. (To charge the actual and minimum shipping fee for the International customers)
International orders may be subject to customs inspections and delays beyond our control.
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery.
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Handling Delays and Damages.
- Emaar Fashion is not liable for any products damaged. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the courier service or shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, in case you receive a product from courier that is damaged or defective, you must inform us immediately to investigate it with delivery partner. Do not open such severely damaged parcel,
For which we need a full parcel opening video as a proof that the customer opens very first-time product is damaged and showing the defect in that video itself without cut and pause. (This is because our quality team check all products before dispatching)
- In case your order gets delayed due to any Natural calamity like – Floods, Earthquakes, Tsunami, Bad weather or other unavoidable circumstances like— Flight delays, Political Disruptions, Curfew, Riots etc. We will inform you through Email & SMS. So kindly give correct Email- ID & Contact no. while placing an order.
